Hi, I’m Sushanth, a 24-year-old HR in an MNC, who loves meeting people & knowing more about them (explains the HR part) I like taking the lead, curating experiences and bringing people together- Hence Lol Sabha

The Idea Behind Lol Sabha..

Lol Sabha started as a simple idea: a place where people can take a break from office stress, college deadlines, and the constant feeling of “I need one day off.” It’s a community where you don’t have to try hard to fit in — you just show up, and you already belong.
I’m building Lol Sabha to create experiences where you laugh freely, relax completely, and walk out feeling lighter, happier, and very much yourself.

At Lol Sabha, I let my imagination run slightly wild (sometimes too wild). From creating imperfectly perfect quizzes to hosting events, building partnerships, and doing things that don’t always make sense on paper — my job is to make sure the vibes are right. Hi, I’m Bipin, a 26-year-old HR professional working in an MNC. Outside of my corporate role, I enjoy creating digital creatives, exploring technology, and occasionally experimenting with music production. I’m naturally curious and enjoy working at the intersection of creativity and structure.

The Idea Behind Lol Sabha..

As an ambivert, I’ve always believed in the power of community. Lol Sabha began when I decided to team up with a close friend who is my complete opposite in energy and personality — and somehow, that worked. In our busy lives filled with work, routines, and responsibilities, we often forget how important it is to feel connected. Lol Sabha exists to remind people that you don’t have to try hard to belong — sometimes, you just need the right space, the right people, and a few shared laughs.

At Lol Sabha, I handle everything behind the scenes — operations, finances, negotiations, and making sure the madness stays sustainable. I also spend a lot of time testing our wildest ideas, breaking a few, fixing most, and ensuring Lol Sabha grows without losing its soul.
